November 12th… What music inspires your workouts?
This is definitely a blog for Adam. I am not one for music. My playlist has the Doobie Brothers, a bit of Brittany Spears and J-Lo. Madonna and Pitbull.
Adam loves his music.
Some of his favorite choices for his workouts are:
- Any kind of dance music: Moby, Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz
- UK top 40 playlist
- Fat Boy Slim
- Crystal Method
- Anything Ministry of Sound
What are some of your favorites to work out too?

I’d say Keri Hilson – Pretty Girl Rock, Single Ladies- Beyonce, also Ne-Yo single, Dance Like That Joey McIntyre. Indian music is good, but not the worship stuff, – Bollywood Dancing, that is not too provocative. I don’t really like that bass and heavy drag down. I also like Britney Spears. She’s awesome and she puts some fun in it. Kari Jobe is also really good.
