the fastest way to reach me depends on what you need
There are four reasons people write to me and they go to different places. Pick the one that sounds like you and you will hear back faster. Either way I answer within 24 hours, except on weekends, so a note sent on Saturday reaches you Monday.

You are planning a trip
Use the planning form on the Start Planning page rather than email. It asks the questions I would have to ask you anyway, which saves us both a round of messages.
Tell me who is coming, roughly when, and what you already know you want. You do not need dates locked, a budget worked out, or a destination chosen. Plenty of people start with nothing more than a season and a feeling.
Planning fees start at $200 and cover everything. International family trips start at $500. What that covers, and what happens after you send the form, is laid out on the Start Planning page.
You have a question about something on this site
Email me at Nicole@fgluxurytravel.com and say which guide you were reading. The guides run to a few hundred pages now and the context helps.
If something looks wrong or out of date, please do tell me. Entry rules, prices and opening hours all move, and I would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong for the next family.
You want to work together
Suppliers, tourism boards, fellow advisors and anyone with a partnership idea, email is best. Nicole@fgluxurytravel.com.
I am an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor with FG Luxury Travel and an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor with FG Luxury Travel, working with Favorite Grampy Travels.
You would rather just talk
Call or text 407-451-6297. If I do not pick up I am probably in a school run or a time zone, and I will call back.
For anything else, the form below reaches me too.
Written and kept current by Nicole Damiano, ASTA Verified Travel Advisor with FG Luxury Travel. If something here is out of date, tell me and I will fix it.
Tell me who is coming and how long you have.
That is usually enough to know if this is a ship, a train, or a car with the windows down.
