Hi. I’m Nicole.

Former teacher. Mom of three. I have been to 60 plus countries across five continents with my husband Adam and our kids Jake, Gavin and Avilene. And our Cavapoo Poppy who has now crossed an ocean.

What started with a spontaneous trip to Venezuela turned into a life built entirely around travel. I have taught English in Japan and South Korea. Backpacked Southeast Asia on a shoestring. Driven an RV across Europe for five months. Converted a school bus and traveled through North America and Mexico with our kids during COVID. And right now we are worldschooling our way across Europe.

I have been doing this for 25 years. I have planned over 300 trips for clients. And no matter how wild the adventure gets I always end every trip in a gorgeous hotel with room service. Because you have earned it.

Once we decide to move forward the professional fee is paid. This is our contract. It is you hiring me for my time and expertise. Work begins the moment it is confirmed.

We talk through the proposal. You ask questions. We make changes until it feels exactly right. Then we book it.

Professional fee

My professional fee is paid upfront after our consultation and before any work begins. It is our contract. It covers my time, expertise, and full service from proposal to post trip follow up. Think of it as hiring a personal travel partner with your best interests in mind from start to finish.

Fee varies based on number of travelers, complexity of the trip, and level of detail involved. Exact fee is discussed and agreed upon during our free consultation before any work begins.
