Thursday morning it went live. Twelve showings in two days. Four solid offers. Two were extremely close… but one had just a little more convenience in it for us.

Two and a half days after listing…

We are under contract.

23 days until we close. From 57 days to 23… it went fast.

That is it. That is all that stands between us and everything that comes next.

It is here. It is real. This all started with We Told the Kids and we still cannot believe how far we have come. And now we get to look forward. To the adventure. To the next path of our life.
